The view to the riverside is excellent, the room is reasonably spacious and absolutely perfect. The location it offers is fab, really close to in a Group. The place where you can eat not very far from the hotel is Three Birds Restaurant.

This place is quiet in every way, and the staff here are extremely friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. the location is perfect, close to the castle and other attractions in a nice and safe area. 🏰.

Good space, and good location for the tourist, business side of town.
Beds were very poor, TV setup could have been better.

The apartment was very spacious, modern and extremely clean- which resulted in a great stay..Location is very good with a 5min walk to Princes Street, the surrounding area has some great places for food and drink..
Directions from reception to room could be better explained and/or sign posted.

1: Plenty of space for a family. Much better than two double hotel rooms. 2 & 3: A 'safe' place and the possiblity for rental of games (WII). When the youngest kids did not want to go for a walk in the city, they could stay at EQ2.
Not enough kitchen tools in order to prepare and serve a full dinner - as we prepared it.

The location as well as the amenities. Initially I was leery of booking an apartment. I was opting for a hotel room. Then I mustered up the courage and booked this apartment. I am glad I did. We booked 2-2bedroom apartment since there were 8 of us and we really enjoyed this place.
